I was skeptical about signing up with a personal trainer because I didn't believe at 50 years old I could do the work required. However, I was so wrong in my assumption.
Christina is an awesome trainer and I consider her a friend. She motivates me to want to work out. I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist and thighs and approximately ¾ inch off my arms. She provides me with a grocery list and menu each week which has helped tremendously.
Christina is a very upbeat, positive person and I just love her. If she can get me to eat right and exercise then she can do the same for you. I cannot say enough about her and how impressed I am with her. If you are looking for the real deal, then Christina is the trainer you are looking for.

My initial goal was to lose 50 pounds. I was about halfway towards this goal given a changed diet when I started working with Christina. Christina helped take me across the finish line by mixing high intensity work with strength training. Importantly, she helped me understand that building muscle and lifting weights could help me hit my weight loss goals.

I knew I was out of shape, and I had my reservations about doing anything remotely related to "getting in shape." Christina quickly realized this reservation and was accommodating and supportive, yet assertive enough in guiding me to self-improvement.
I really just wanted to be able to run a lap without having to feel as if I needed an oxygen mask at the end, and able to lift 20-lb weights without my arms falling off. These I was able to accomplish with Christina's help, assurances, and guidance.

Christina will fit the workout to your preference or physical abilities but still get a lot of work out of you. In my case I have a low blood pressure which kicked in during our earliest sessions (I had to sit down sometimes). Christina changed our routine to have some sitting down workouts so I didn't waste time on doing nothing. She helped me be healthy outside of the gym. She has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and she always has advice on how to improve on eating/drinking better.
I never thought I would be happy to go to the gym, but she changed it! Overall, with Christina I started from basically no muscles to pretty strong in a year. I can't thank her enough for all the effort!
